Company provides game services, the official community website, and other game related services (Collectively, the “Service(s)”). (“Company”, “we”, “our,” or “us”), which is located at KRAFTON Tower, 117, Bundangnaegok-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. The Game comprises the game application (the “Game App”), the associated media, any application associated with the online mode of the game application (subject to any additional terms of service applicable to such online mode), any printed materials, manuals, any online or electronic documentation, and any and all copies of such application and materials (together, the “Game”) developed by KRAFTON, Inc. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) applies to each of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA available on the third party platforms including but not limited to Google Store and Apple App Store (the “Third party platforms”) (each, the “Game”).
